I am 16 years old, 126 lbs and basically no muscle, I have no equipment but want to gain muscle on my arms and lose some weight on my stomach. What can I do to reach my goal?

Go for daily walks. About an hour. Eat clean. No processed food. Example of a good lunch will be 2 chicken breast with salad and sweet potato. Only drink water. Stay away from sugar and refined carbs. For your armz do variations of pushups. Also do variations of planks.

Thank you a lot, by balanced diet what do people exactly mean? Because I don't fully understand it

Balanced diet means providing your body with all the nutrition that it needs. Your diet must consist of healthy carbs, lean sources of protein, vitamins and micronutrients.

Get the free app myfitnesspal - you have to track everything you eat but it will help show you where you need to improve/what you're lacking in your diet. Time consuming but it will help you realize what is good/bad/what you need for a balanced diet. I know tons of people who lost a lot of weight by sticking to the app without even working out. It's not only for losing weight... Enter your specifics and what you want- even if its to maintain weight, gain or lose

I'm 15 and 125.  I've recently started a 3000 calorie diet, and will go to 4000 next week. I suggest you try it out.
3000:

4000:

As for the gym, try some heavy weights, sets
of 2-3. As a martial artist trying to gain endurance I
I usually do 4 with a very short break, but you can break
in between for about 1 minute for sure. Just make
sure when ur at the gym, be sweaty and sore between
every excersize!

Idk how the diet will work out but it FEELS like I'm growing...
As for the workout I've done it 2-3 times a week for
the past 5 weeks and I've already seen some big
improvements.
Like/Comment if this helped so I know Im helping, thnx
