Im Not burning a lot of calories

I am fairly tiny, 5'1", 103 pounds, mainly toning and strengthening, but I'm at most burning 250 calories per workout. Am I still gonna see results?

Nobody can tell. All depends on eating and what kind of results you want to come out of your workouts

Do you dance everyday? Either way you burn a lot of calories dancing. Or at least you should. How often do you dance?

Its hard to count a close to exact calories burned and intake. Coz theres a lot of factors to consider.. Exact body fat, exact body muscle, absorption etc.. Dont rely on it too much, just determine the effectiveness of ur workout and diet by evaluating its output(weight)..
