When it comes to loosing fat it's all about burning more calories than you consume. Do a 30 mins slow cardio session followed by 10 mins of sprinting. Sprint till you can't make it. Stop..... Recover and sprint again... For 10 mins. You will loose that back fat in a week if your diet is correct. 3-4 sessions a week. If you can do more by all mean. Tips your your diet. Drink only water. No refined carbs or sugar
