hey, do you guys know some extremly good workouts for your side belly fat? i have a little on my side i want to lose :)
Cardio is the best fat burner. But if you want tone up as well I would suggest some HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) exercises. These exercise force you to work hard in short spurts. This spikes your metabolism keeping you burning fat well after your workout is over.
HIIT exercises give the combo of strength training and cardio in one workout.
I built my HIIT exercise (Core Blast) from workouts I found here and at ab-workouts-guide.com If you like it try Core Abs & Stretches, Cardio Fight Club HIIT, or Abs Attack they're fun and challenging.
