Try HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) exercises. They're great for burning fat and building muscle. These exercises force you to work hard in short spurts. This spikes your metabolism, keeping your body burning fat well after your workout is over.
HIIT exercises give you the combo of little strength training with cardio. And cardio is the best fat burner.
