Heyyya! My summer goal is to get incredibly in shape and get a 6pack. I know it's hard work but I'm determined. I'm already fit I run cross country I'm on cheer and I play lacrosse. I just need to start targeting certain areas. So what is a good way to start off/workouts I can do? Thanks :)

Try HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) exercises. They're great for burning fat and building muscle. These exercises force you to work hard in short spurts. This spikes your metabolism, keeping your body burning fat well after your workout is over.

HIIT exercises give you the combo of little strength training with cardio. And cardio is the best fat burner.
