I reckon all bodyweight? Food will play a big factor. Over a long period of time i think you wont build alot of muscle but it looks like a good thing to start out with.

That should help you tone up and burn off the fat but like started it won't help you build bulk over time you will need to get into weights to gain size but this is a great program to start off and to get slim and tone

You are not thinking in the right way. If you want more muscles you are always gaining weight. For the simple fact that muscle weigh quite alot. Focus on losing fat instead of weight. It is possible to gain muscle and lose fat. But if you are focussing on gaining muscle you eating has to be according, and that means eating big. Ofcourse also eating right. But the hardest part about bodybuilding/shaping your fysique is the eating. Your training can be great but the eating will decide if you will reach max results.

Save the gains brah. Bulk or cut its up to you. I guess somewhere in the middle would be tone.

Steve,
The routine looks good for toning and burning fat.  Since you want muscle gain as well, Rappa is right, you have to eat right and add in weights.  I would recommend continuing your routine for 4-6 weeks to burn excess fat, and then start adding in weights and protein to gain muscle mass (which means you will have to modify your routine).
