Monday-push ups,squats,lunges,and tricep dips, 20 minute cardio
Tuesday- 40 minute cardio
Wednesday- repeat Monday
Thursday- repeat Tuesday
Friday- repeat Monday and Wednesday
Saturday- repeat Tuesday
Sunday- rest no exercise

I reckon all bodyweight? Food will play a big factor. Over a long period of time i think you wont build alot of muscle but it looks like a good thing to start out with.
That should help you tone up and burn off the fat but like started it won't help you build bulk over time you will need to get into weights to gain size but this is a great program to start off and to get slim and tone
But don't eat a lot make gain weight
I want muscle, but I want to lose weight too.
So wouldn't it be eat right and train hard.
Save the gains brah. Bulk or cut its up to you. I guess somewhere in the middle would be tone.
