Hey girl I just welcomed you on the 35+ page, but welcome again :)
The first thing I did on here was try a few of of the quick routines, scientific 7 min it was quick but effective. I also have joined some of the challenges, burpees for 30 days and also the jumping jack challenge. Start out with small changes and add to them, most of the workouts don't require equip. Just your body so skim through them and find ones you like, save them or try them now.
