Try the app Workout Buddy it has multiple workouts for back, arms, core etc.

There are a few exercises that work great for your back that you can find here. Hip-ups (aka bridge), super mans (aka locust pose), single floor leg lifts. I used them in my workouts (Core Blast, Sexy Booty). Also checkout ab-workouts-guide.com/core-exercises. You there you'll find corkscrews, the wheel, and reverse snow angels. They're pretty effective, I use em in my routine.

Bent over dumbell rows, pull ups, dead lifts and reverse flys

Three way pull downs. 
1. Wide grip 2. Pull-up grip 3. Chin-up grip very close. 
Do at least sets of 10. 30 = 1 set.

Supermans with 2 or 3 lbs in hands and/or ankles. Depending on your strength try 5lbs. :)

SD3 - Tweak Ur Back     this is a great one for your back!! Its hard and you will defiantly feel it the next day. And if you don't do it with ankle and weights in your hands. I only added 3lbs weights and it wad intense! Let me know what ya think!
