Too humid to workout...

Indian summer us killing...humidity is at its worst. It is really difficult to do cardio workouts in such weather conditions. How does fellow workout trainers beat the heat?

Im from Puerto Rico and almost all year is summer, july and august are really.hot here... those months i try to take walks by the beach in the afternoons or do light weights at home. And of course drink lots of water, especially with lemon, it tastes very refreshing!!

If possible, try getting up early to workout, or later at night once its cooled off. Anytime after 8/9 a.m. Is just unbearable sometimes.

Gets like that here in south east USA. I just power through. And water sports are always nice! Makes me want to jump in the river right now
