I can eat healthy & workout but there's always that stubborn fat. What intensity/type of workouts can help reduce? Thanks :)
HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) exercises are great for burning fat. These exercises force you to work hard in short, intense spurts. This spikes your metabolism creating greater after burn (the amount of calories you burn after your workout is over).
HIIT exercises give the combo of strength training and cardio in one workout. And cardio is the best fat burner.
