I just weighed myself and I'm 182!!!!!!! Woooooot! I used to weigh over 200 a few weeks ago

But I still have a very long way till I finish my journey. Does anyone have any tips on losing fat? I mostly have fat in my stomach (I know I can't spot reduce - just saying) and I have a gym membership so I can pretty much do anything. I have been running on the treadmill and it seems that, that is not working anymore. So any ideas? 

Ps I'm a 17 year old male.

How is your eating?  Lean proteins and vegetables ?  U cutting out soda & junk?

I try my best not to eat junk or have soda but I'm just surrounded by it, literally. Everywhere I go, movies - popcorn , with friends - pizza , at home - literally every junk food you can think of.
