There's no specific strechs for dancers you know ;) you need to find out what is the thing you need and want the most. I dance exempel jazz and it is very rare to see someone doing splits. What i need is strong arms and legs.

I have a workout called cheerleading jumps stretches and drills. The first part is a stretch that I do everyday. Idk all the stretches dancers do but maybe you could do just the beginning of my workout and then add in your own stretches?
