Help! Weight loss plateau

Hello all,


I am in desperate need to loss the last 15 pounds. I have tried everything, but I cannot lose these last 15 pounds. I am currently stuck a 180 and I am trying to get to 165.

Things I have tried:

High protein and smaller meals

No sweets or alcohol

Weight training

Diet pills...all kinds

No eating after 7

Green tea


I appreciate any suggestions!

Focus on weight training and eating clean and stick to it! There is no quick fix. Also drink lots of water, you'll need it if you're lifting!

Thanks for the fast response. 

I have the entire collection of insanity. I think Crossfit is my next option.
