Suggestions on workout that I can do here at work??

I work night shift ( 9pm-5am) at an answering service. Not much to do here and so need some workouts I can do in the mean time to pass time here.

Buy a kettlebell. It works the all the major muscle groups and is great for fat burning/toning and also works your cardio system. 20 mins a day is a perfect workout
