I'm still tryna gt some time to workout! But I've got the forensic exam coming up in a week! How do I still find time to workout?

Wake up 30 min before u usually get up and do a 30 min set instead :)

That's the prob! I barely get lik 4 hours of sleep! It's been crazy! :(

Well... Sleep is important, i also domy get much of it. How about small workout routines during the day? Like for ex. Quick cardio routine in the morning and a quick set or two in between your daily routines.

Yup thts a good idea! And I think cardio is btr than coffee to keep me active and awake! Thanks a ton :)

How bout you have 45.mins long study sessions and workout 10 mins after each?It may be weird but it helps you focus better.And you can do some studying in the treadmill...thats what I do
