Hi everyone I'm new trying to lose the baby fat and get a toned butt and thighs and suggestions? How many days per week should I work out?
It depends on your physical level, which might be obvious if you have just had a baby. Also depends on the intensity you are going to do. A training principle is progression, but you need to be realistic on what you body can handle to start with. So three days a week is a good start
