Hello people
My name is Francisco and I'm a Health Coach and I still exercise and always will do and I wanna learn what are u goals or what have been doing like what kind of exercise and if u get the full 100% in
20% active
80% nutrition
And well what kind of food u eat after u worked out or what kind of shake
U can also tell me ur goals and how can u achieve it

im a little skinny.. what foods do i eat to build weight and muscles??

Increase your protein intake, lean meats to stay healthy and protein shakes along with well balanced, colorful meals. For snacks try things with nuts (walnuts, etc).

Try eating lots of protein and chicken if u want to put a little bit of weight on than eat food over 2000 calories a little cheat or if u wanna gain more go to a gym and use the machines or bench press

Hey this is for Johnson t. If you weight lifting no more than a hour 5 days a week u should be eating 1 gram of protein for each lb of the.weight u looking for be it fish,chicken,lean cuts of beef,eggs,round it off with a colorful salad, stay away from process foods. Do your cardio after weights
