Every morning stand on scales and take a photo (this could be part ofvthe workout). Weight is captured when photo is taken and the app tracks your progress and recommends workout for your body type and attitude to workouts.

Is this your only motivator? Your scale and what it tells you?

Because darling, i dont reccomend that... if you plateau, it will make you feel as if you arent making progress. And if you gain weight (muscle, quite possibly), that would be a downer as well...

I just hope you realize what to expect. The best of luck in your journey, though

I don't really focus on what the scale says. I usually only step on it once a week or so just to get an idea of my range.  Like others have stated, it can be very deceiving! I find taking pictures of your body is a much better tracking optionYou can actually SEE the changes in your body, its not just some unreliable number a machine shows you.
