I have till September to get in shape getting married for the firsr time! I did put on some weight in the holidays lol but I need to get some off.. What kind of exercises can I do for tightening my stomach, butt and arms. I really want to have toned arms so I can wear my dress. I just started using this app by the way lol.

Standart compound movements Like squats, bench Press, deadlifts, pull ups and stuff like that's the best way to tone up and burk fat :)

Abs:

-mountain climbers

-hiking
-floor bridge
