I started working out last week and I feel good and feel great till I step on the scale... I started at 210 to lose the baby weight and I've been burning more calories than what I consume I run /walk at least 5 miles on days I work out and I walk 3 miles at least on my off days. I don't eat after 6 and I am drinking more water than I used to plus taking weight loss pills and I step on the scale and I've gained 5 lbs what am I doing wrong in so confused???
stick to eating stuff like protein bars, and eggs for faster muscle build up.
You never know that gain of 5lbs could be 5lbs of muscle, keep it up!
