Any suggestions of what workouts I could do, so my knees don't bend, and be able to have flexibility?!

First reach up to the sky, then slowly bend down and try to lay your hands down flat om the ground. Not a workout but it helps with flexability

I have tried that many times, they still bend doe

It defiantly takes time and practice. Inchworms help too.

Sit down extend your legs ahead and then try to catch your toes ( or arch of the feet for advance ) and then try to touch your head to your knee and stay in this position for 30 seconds and then you can gradually increase the time
