I signed up but im not feeling the travel time. Is 30mins too long to travel to the gym? Any suggestions?

Definitely! If your commute is long then it will be that much easier to lose motivation and the more and more excuses you will use to NOT go. :-) Don't lose hope...make a schedule, find a workout buddy, come up with ways to treat yourself each week you make it to the gym...all will help you to reach your ultimate goal

I live about 20 minutes away from the gym and trust me I too have days where I do not feel like going because it feels like a journey sometimes. So that's why I take preworkouts. Some say stay away but for me it gets me off my lazy ass and I get excited and motivated to get to the gym. That's what I do to make the trip there and for meĀ  it helps a lot

I do think 30 min is a bit too long. But I am not the best example- as i am living only a 2min walk away from my gym.
