Should you give your self a day to rest . I like working out every day but should I do some kinda work out??
Do you feel rested? Did you got a good stretch? Maybe a good hot shower that makes you feel easy? That is what you need, and of course a good 8 hours sleep
I think you're a doing fine, but one day rest is good too, your are taking good care of your body, what about your mind? I mean do you sleep fine? Have too much stress? Why not take a day out of town to do some hike for example? That would count as a rest day too, and you will be active too
