Who to follow??

Hi
I just need suggests on who to follow on this app...
I am currently a good 30lbs overweight..trying to loose it by exercising and watching what i eat...
The only routine i know is
M arms
T abs
W legs
Th arms
F abs
S legs
I am just targeting about 20mins or more each day...
I am really looking for suggestions and advice.. Thank you

Do cardio...and maintain good food ethics. ..eat sleep exercise

Just pick people to follow, then check out who they follow. Avoid the trolls who don't even workout. There are plenty of us on here that workout most days and we tend to all follow the same like-minded people. And don't worry about the weight you wanna lose, I was exactly the same a couple of years ago. Good luck on your journey, strap yourself in, it's gonna be a crazy ride if you commit !!

Follow people who inspire you, who are actively using this tool, supportive and motivational.  I say active so you can see what workouts other's like and what works for them.  Good luck...!!!

I also agree with Michael.  And make sure to add some cadio!!! 

My best weight loss ever I was doing boxing and kickboxing, tennis, a little light running, and pilates so those are other things to try.  Have you ever tried the app Myfitnesspal??  It's like an online food/calorie/activity journal.   Very helpful.
