I just need suggests on who to follow on this app...
I am currently a good 30lbs overweight..trying to loose it by exercising and watching what i eat...
The only routine i know is
I am just targeting about 20mins or more each day...

My best weight loss ever I was doing boxing and kickboxing, tennis, a little light running, and pilates so those are other things to try. Have you ever tried the app Myfitnesspal?? It's like an online food/calorie/activity journal. Very helpful.
