I know people are usually trying to gain weight, but I need to gain weight and fast! What can I do?

Gain Fat or muscles? To stop losing  weight however,  remove cardio from your routine and Consume higher amount of calories (rice and noodles).

This helped my friend who couldn't gain weight because he was doing too much cardio

Eat fruits ,vegetables , and start taking suplements . That could help
