Which kind of work out is best

Would you go for an intense short timed workout or casual long timed ones?
I think short blasts may help on stamina.

Well for my health I'd be able to consider either although I don't think my stamina would be able to last short ones that are too intense

I like the short intense ones myself as I don't have the time to complete a long one a majority of the time. I don't like starting a workout then having to pause or stop completely in the middle

So am I not overtraining by working out the same muscles groups nearly every day as I see workout plans and they focus on muscle groups once a week and for me that seems hard to believe that it leads to muscle growth even though it may
