This might be something strange, but I wanted to get someone's take on it in the right forum.
One day I was standing in my bathroom waiting on the shower water to get warm. I was complaining to myself that it takes to long and it's such a waste of time. In my house it takes about a full minute or so for the water to get hot.
One day, I just started to do push ups until the water was warm. I added abbs. I started to use this time to do abb challenges and bicep challenge. It evolved into a two to three minute workout almost every time I take a shower. Even if it's just one set of push ups.
I get some funny comments when I tell some people. Other think it's a great idea.
