Am I alone in thinking it would be nice to have a record of not only the programs you are currently have active but the ones you've already done? Unless I've missed a magical tab on here. Just a thought.
I understand what you mean I like to keep track of my progress and how far I come alone its like motivation seeing where you started from
Did seperate reply to link these for you Christa.lol. I need to still try the Obstacle Training and 5 minute Plank one but done all the rest. I'm planning to complete all the ones I've got going at the moment (4) and then just have short ones for a bit whilst I do DJs MGM ones. I did 1 week of them ages ago and really liked the variety and different areas it focused on. Just too much on at the moment.
