I don't know if someone already suggested this but I've seen a lot of Kik threads lately. Maybe a good idea would be if someone of the admins made a pinned thread were everyone can write their Kik so you don't have to start new threads all the time.

Another idea is to have a kid/teenager section. There are a lot of kids here from 6-17 and I feel that maybe a section were they can talk and adults can help them with how they're suppose to workout with and without weights would be better for them.
