Hi there skimblers

I heard that polar bears can swim in one go up to 35km. I had a crazy tough how about if I tried to do the same and swim 35km.

Questions to you,
Do you have idea how much time would it take to swim distance?
Should I have any breaks for food or drink?
Is this realistic challenge?

Let me know what are your thoughts in comments

BTW i tough it could be nice to do this as a charitable event

Not only realistic but very doable, a lot of people do it every year... as a part of iron man triathlon.

Hi dude,as a former swimmer i can tell you that you have to be PREPARED fisically and mentally.its a lot of distance, and no one can help you out in the sea.start with short distances in a pool.DONT FORGET TO STRETCH

Oh,so start and adding miles progressibly (minus to more miles) maybe you could start with one houre of swimming and measure how much you can give.remember that swimming make almostALL your muscles work.sorry about my wnglish and good luck
