Ove been working on getting a 6 pack for a couple weeks now. Im a girl and i know its really hard to get one for us girls but im determined. Im almost there! Ive been doing a 100 sit ups, 50 pushups, 150 crunches and 60 back lifts everyday. I think girls should fight back with out sux packs haha. Whos with me?... any suggestions?!?! Please

I'm a girl(I know it doesn't seem like it bcuz of my pic) and I have a six pac and it was really hard to get. I do abs and cardio

What Rappa means is that it is not good to workout one muscle group two+ days in a row. Only do ab workouts every other day. When you do not let your muscles rest, you do not give them any time to heal. Also, cardio and diet play a huge role in achieving a 6 pack.

Your muscles going to take loooooong to build if you don't let them rest. Rest builds the muscle..

Yeah saturdays are my rests. Should i add another days rest?

Train your abs and give it at least 2 days rest after that.

I usually workout every other day so about 3-4 times a week. It helps to rest for at least a day especially if you're really sore.

I have a come-and-go six pack.  The muscles are there, but my diet has a big role in wheather it's visible or not.  I'm in though so I can work on the lower part of my abs that have lost definition after 2 babies!!!
