Ove been working on getting a 6 pack for a couple weeks now. Im a girl and i know its really hard to get one for us girls but im determined. Im almost there! Ive been doing a 100 sit ups, 50 pushups, 150 crunches and 60 back lifts everyday. I think girls should fight back with out sux packs haha. Whos with me?... any suggestions?!?! Please

I have a come-and-go six pack. The muscles are there, but my diet has a big role in wheather it's visible or not. I'm in though so I can work on the lower part of my abs that have lost definition after 2 babies!!!
