the 30 day full body challenge is simple complete 30 reps each of the following exercises for 30 days burpees, squats, push ups, jumping jacks, and sit ups would like as many people as possible to join me starting today you can find the work in my created workouts called Full Body challengefull body 30 day challenge (Mike S.)

did 10 burpees. 10squates, 10 push ups 10 j.jacks & 10sit ups and then repeated twice without rest. kicked my ass.

I got so much curious that how this work out will be ...so i started today itself

get others to join in I'm gonna do mines later hitting the weights at the gym I wanted to create a workout for all fitness levels might me easy for some might be hard for others but it keep everyone active
