Ive done this challenge before and it is Great! Believe me. And if you want to do extra you also can't eat junk food or drink soda for the 30 days.YOU CAN DO IT!!!

Can anyone create a workout for this challenge by any chance? It would be cool if we could add it towards our daily count if it were an official workout if you know what i mean :-)
