I just heard about this 60 days of fitness thing and i thought 2 months is achievable to committ to especially need to work on my diet. Who wants to join

I want to do more strength because it burns more fat when you pair it with cardio
so i am going to run every othrr day and do a 15-30 min strength routine everyday
