Im going to be trying this 16 week british army fitness programme starting august 6th as this is when i will be back from working with the army cadets. so does anyone want to give it a go with me it is a 4 days a week programme with the 4th day being brisk walk or swim i will be doing swim. and some weeks there will be fitness tests to test your improvement throughout.
i have posted the first week just look at my workouts and i will post the next weeks workout each week
So is anyone up for the challenge
