Skipped yesterday. Hurt my back with bad form rushing burpees. So day 6- 27 concentrated on form, and did an intense arm workout at the gym. Rather proud that I still completed more than when I started, especially since I couldn't of done another dumbbell fly if my life depended on it before I started cardio. Lol
Hi Austen Sorry to know about ur back injury, still u managed to do better than day1 that is great. Never compromise ur form while doing workout. Take care and take a break if needed.

Hi jeremy welcome,26 in 30 seconds is not bad. You could have continued after taking a 10-15 secs break. Challenge is total no. Of push ups in 2 minutes , they need not be in a single stretch.
