Am I doing something wrong?
Yesterday I did the fat burner deluxe but before this app I was doing my own thing trying to tighten my tummy. Anyways, I feel it really bad in my legs & arms...what can I do to tighten my skin & feel the workout in my stomach?
You're tummy is your 'core.' Every part of your body derives from it! If you are feeling the burn and pain elsewhere, its because your core is working your entire body! Keep up the good work and the results will come. (My fave workouts are legs because your core will always get a great workout too!)
