I am proud of myself I actually did 100 squats in one shot...but I'm trying to little healthy I havent been near junk that's a good thing....but I am trying to look for more legs workouts I know my top of my body is losing it just my legs I don't like lol

Oh ok when u go into ur forums any forums u will have on the very top is a "+" click that and u have a subject and ur body to write in it and next to the "+" u have a arrow next to it to send it I hope this helps :)
