I have done 100 sit-ups every day for 3 weeks already and am getting a toned stomach,I'm only 13 I just get teased sometimes for my muscles so i am really building them over the summer hols! Good luck guys and girls

i've done alot of challanges here in this app(some still ongoing)..even though this looks v.easy, i always try to make them challanging(add weights..lift legs..etc)
