ok so my bro in law challenged me to lose 20 lbs by October. is it possible? or last month I cut out sodas and other sugary drinks. drinking water all day every day.

It's really possible if u stay motived and u go on a diet and workout 3-5 times a week, cardio(swimming-cycling)
