Hey Jade, Congrats! For breakfast it's usually something small around 300 calories, like one baked chicken breast or several small fruits.

I eat steel cut oatmeal cooked in water and organic blue agave sweetner instead of sugar

And I have lost 100 pounds in 8 months

I have my oatmeal with honey and 1/2 a grapefruit every morning except the weekend:)

Yogurt and some fruit and honey:-)

Greek yogurt with grape nuts or trail mix in it.  Poached or hard boiled eggs and fruit. Summer times i may just do 1/2 avocado and 1/2 grapefruit.

I eat cereal every morning. not the sugary kind, the hard core bran style ones
