For every laugh you hear on tv/sitcom do a few push ups/sit ups/ squats etc... Whos with me?

That moment when you watch a sitcom with the audience laughing. Oh god. Id be down if I watched tv :o

That sounds like so much and because I'm not great at push ups this will be a great challenge.

Sounds awesome, I'm in! Going to do 5-10 sit ups every time I hear someone on the TV laugh
