Any full time food/industry/chef folks?
Full time Banquet Chef here... Any tips to get a workout in at work or in the limited time we have?
Most of these workouts you can squeeze in an intense 15-25 min workout a day. I work FT and have 2 toddlers, that's why i love this app,no excuses. If you don't mind getting sweaty at work, do a workout that just uses your body weight
