The Drop 10 Workout
Day 2 of this workout. Feeling a little sore, but really hood as well (:
I've been adding 20 jumping jacks, 20 lunges, and 20 pushups before the drop 10.
Day 1 complete
Feel a little sore but feel good though
Day 4 done! (:
Feeling it really in the front of my thighs.
I've done harder workouts, but this was still challenging when you do the exercises with weights It's a really nice concept though. I really like the way it pyramids down
First day , did it three times today
At 6 am , after school and 8 pm.
Day 2 finished
I really feel it now. And it feel good but I might be sleeping on the sofa because I probably wont make it up them stairs. Lol
Trying to get abs. Any suggestions?
Im doing it how much will i probably tone up during this work out?
