Wanna gain like 10 lbs , what are some things I can do to speed things UP ??????? !

Eat more calories per day. Up to a 2500 or 3000 kc per day. Always healthy food. Do 6 meals a day

Same here, I'm weight training so I can gain muscle instead of fat
