I to dance so decide that I will twerk 30 min a day for 30 days and watch the fat roll off. Will keep you guys posted.

Hey good idea! But i think to have better results you should incorporate your whole body into twerking, like doing motions with hands, feet and core:)

Trust me, I've done lots of things haha.i love to dance.i will not sugar coat evil. Twerking is nasty. I don't care what any one has to say to me on that. I speak truth. If peopledon't like it, oh well.i seek to please God, not people.
