50 pull ups every other day for 4 weeks

46,47,48,49....50! My first day is complete. Distribute your reps througout the day but do all 50. Then rest a day. I have full confidence in you!

As far as i know there's no pull up workout on this site. Have you tried this one out yet.

I did 35 as a mixture of normal, narrow, and wide-grip pronated grip pull ups; 7 as supinated-grip chin ups; and 8 as neutral grip pull ups. I wanted to do them all pronated-grip but physically couldn't!

I did all 50 but i didn't base myself on the 50 pull ups workout. I just found out it was up. I did standard grip on narrow,wide, and neutral. Ill base myself on the official workout today. It could be harder.

It's pull ups so you'll get arm,trap,shoulder,chest, back, and ab strength if you keep your core tight

I'm new to the app & workout also...
Sadly i was too late to improve my form... now have lots to do....
Pull ups is great.. but it will take me much time to be as good as you...

Two things bro. One it is not to late. I put this up so that i can give people a good workout with pull ups. Not so they can do it right away and start at a certain time. Start this whenever you can. Secondly i know its gonna take some time to be good at pull ups, but tell me: what.doesn't take time to improve. Did you know that the guy who started lamborghini didn't always make cars? Day 3 done: 25 wide/pronated grip pull ups, 25 normal/supinated grip chin ups.

Just Sunday to go then I've nailed week 1. Tough challenge but it's getting me on the pull up bar regularly which is what I'd hoped for :)

Lost track a little but think I'm up to speed. It's amazing how much easier I find pull/chin ups now. I can bash out 10 pretty quickly with full arm extension between each rep! I signed up to this challenge as I hoped it would help me improve - so I'm really pleased.
Only problem is that I only seem to be chin/pull ups and cycling of late - I miss my abs workouts!

Im glad you liked it Dave. Sorry i havent been posting up. Had some issues as far as internet but i was consistent. And i also see a n improvement in mu pull ups. Thanks for joining man. It was a big help
