46,47,48,49....50! My first day is complete. Distribute your reps througout the day but do all 50. Then rest a day. I have full confidence in you!

Day 1 done. Not sure about my form towards the end though! :-S haha
I did all 50 but i didn't base myself on the 50 pull ups workout. I just found out it was up. I did standard grip on narrow,wide, and neutral. Ill base myself on the official workout today. It could be harder.
Day 2 done. Did the workout an got 35. I had to do the last 15 later.
I'm new to the app & workout also...
Sadly i was too late to improve my form... now have lots to do....
Pull ups is great.. but it will take me much time to be as good as you...
Day 3 done: 25 wide/pronated grip pull ups, 25 normal/supinated grip chin ups.
Just Sunday to go then I've nailed week 1. Tough challenge but it's getting me on the pull up bar regularly which is what I'd hoped for :)

Missed it over the weekend as I was away from home so did 100 yesterday to make it up.

Done todays 50. Just Friday and Sunday then I'm halfway!!! :-D
Lost track a little but think I'm up to speed. It's amazing how much easier I find pull/chin ups now. I can bash out 10 pretty quickly with full arm extension between each rep! I signed up to this challenge as I hoped it would help me improve - so I'm really pleased.
Only problem is that I only seem to be chin/pull ups and cycling of late - I miss my abs workouts!
