This is a challenge I'm setting for my self and hoping I might gain some followers. My goal is to lose about 90 lbs. No time limit! Just focusing on shedding
Do two to three miles a day for 5 days,rest for two days. No sugar, no junk food. Eat as healthy as possible. And try to stay away from processed foods. No as will... you well find with clean lungs comes better tolerance.

Im in...i bike alot and tomorriw I start running again. I wish u lots of luck losing those 90 pounds. I know u can do it. Im here for u if u need it.
Day 1: 3.5 miles doing 60 minutes of 3.5 mph very brisk walk on the treadmill while watching the Falcons play today.
I walked 2 1/2 on Sunday as well.
Day two only got 1.5 miles walking and over ten miles biking

Morning run/jog in the park: burned 514 calories doing 3.85 miles in 54 minutes of cardio jogging/walking @ 4.7 mph
Just finished my 5.03 mile run in the park and burn 753 calories doing 58:42 minutes @ 5.2 mph (11.5 min mile)...Wooooohoooooo!!!!!
Morning park run: 3.11miles doing 37.49 minutes of running @ 5mph..Raining all day today so only 3 miles today. ..
Week 1 total miles: 26:04 miles for the week

Week2: Day 2. Very light day only 1.5 miles today
Week 2: Day 3. Morning jog 3 miles
