Im Jasmine nd I'm new here.I just started yesterday nd My Goal Is 50lbs by the New Year.....You Should Try My Work Out.. 30 squats a day for 30 days
35 situps for 4 weeks...(14days)
Take 10-15min Walks Everyday 2 Times A Day .. This Is For Beginners , Im A Beginner .I Just Need Some Support To Keep Me Motivated..So Be A Friend.Follow Me I Follow Back...Pics Coming Soon On My Progress:)
