Hey can anyone help me. I want gain some muscle but I don't know which ones are best.
push-ups, push-ups, push-ups in every variation. tricep-dips are also great.
Close grip pushups, to be exact. The closer your hands are to each other, the more your triceps work. Close grip bench presses, dips (with body perpendicular to floor, not leaning forward or you are recruiting more pectoral muscles), cable pulldown variations: rope, reverse grip, overhand grip etc... Skip bench dips and tricep kickbacks...much better exercises out there
